. For a period of about one month, possibly a bit longer, I am looking to rent a boat lift in either Holmes Beach or Anna Maria. The boat to be stored is a T-Craft 24’ center console tower boat. Preferably, this would be in Key Royale or further north on the island. Due to the boat having a tower, direct access to Bimini Bay or Tampa Bay, with no bridges to navigate under is a must. A canal home that has an unused lift would be ideal. Trailer storage at a private residence is also an option and would be considered. Please contact Greg @ 434-882-2112.

The Anna Maria Island Sun seeks a part-time freelance reporter, or reporters, to assist with community news coverage, weekday and weekend event coverage, human-interest stories, lifestyle stories, feature stories and more. Strong writing skills, proofreading skills and factual accuracy are essential, as is the ability to take your own digital photos. Previous newspaper, magazine, television, public relations or other professional writing experience is a plus, as is familiarity with Associated Press (AP) writing style, or a willingness to learn it.
