ANNA MARIA – On Thursday, Oct. 22, the Sato Real Estate office in Anna Maria celebrated the grand opening of its new sales office. The new office is an old cottage from the 1920s that was relocated to the Sato Real Estate property at 519 Pine Ave. in Anna Maria on Oct. 8, 2025.

“Today is our official grand opening,” Jason Sato said of the refurbished space that now includes his sales office. “It’s been a year since we moved it. We’ve been in here kind of on and off for a month, but now everything’s done. It’s a great place for our sales agents to come and get separation from the vacation rental office in front. This is now our sales building and the front building is mostly for our rentals. Now we have a conference area and quieter space for our sales agents to meet with people and take phone calls. The original plan was we were going to build something new here, but when the opportunity came up to save the cottage and move it, we jumped all over it – and Frank Agnelli moved it here last October, from 106 Willow Avenue.”

Barb Sato said, “I’m just so glad it all came together. It’s beyond our expectations. It’s absolutely beautiful. The sales associates have their own quiet space to work.”
